Malan Images can provide you still images of your listing for one flat fee. This could range from 16 to 60 shots. How you use them is up to you. It includes the inside and outside of the home. If you have ideas of how you want the listing to be shot, just tell me. I work with my agents. Stills are sent back to the agent in 24 hours via Drop Box. 

Video can be ordered for the outside and the inside of any listing. It can have captions, music and stills incorporated in the video. How you want it presented is up to you. Please allow more time for video work. 

Slide shows are stills that fade from one shot to another and can have captions and music. This takes less time to process then live video. 

Another feature I provide is attention to detail. I like clean uncluttered shots. To this end, I provide removal of unwanted wires, garbage cans, junk, blemished walls and carpet etc. Minor items are at no charge but for big stuff like cars and hoard like basements, there is a small fee.
