As I said on the home page, Malan Images started 8 years ago when I was between jobs. I was reading the Sunday Times Pacific section when I came upon a shot of a home and garden. I looked at it and had an epiphany. 

I knew instantly that I could do that. I had the talent to make an image like that.  So, on one Sunday I went out and invaded open houses. Most of the agents I saw are with me to this day. 

I explained that I take the relationship with the agent very seriously just as I had with my clients when I was in sales. I told them that I work with my clients to make sure they are satisfied. 

With Malan Images you get as many shots as the home can provide plus, anything the agent wants me to shoot for one price depending on the size of the home. 

All photos are shot and processed by me. This should be important to you as I can make adjustments if needed almost immediately meaning same day.  

Delivery of the shots is in 24 hours unless there are issues that come up.
