Photography
The Style of photography I use is called flambiant . This means the use of natural light mixed with the proper amount of flash in order to show the image in a natural way. All photography is processed by me. I do not use outside processing . This affords me the ability to make changes for the agent with out delay caused by haveing to send my work overseas.
Video
What your looking at is CGI video. It is not AI video. CGI requires a human to make it work. The video was made up from the stills I took. It was arranged and directed by me but done by an outside source. This is the next step from slide shows which can still be done as well as real time video in which I walk around the home with my camera on a gimbal. That method is far more expensive then what you just saw. lchijo Homes asked me to do this for them.
Noise Removal
The difference between the top and bottom image is clear. This is what I call image noise. Things like cables behind and under a desk get removed. When ever possible, I remove items in the shot that protrude into the core part of the image. Like the edge of a chair or part of a lamp or table.
